PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use this website (botnaricreative.com) and how it is handled. The site is operated by Stefan Botnari, an Întreprindere Individuală registered in the Republic of Moldova (“I”, “me”, “my”).

This website does not use cookies, does not run client-side analytics scripts, and does not display advertisements. Personal data is collected passively via server access logs (see Hosting below) and actively when you submit the contact form.

When you submit the contact form you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A subject line
• Your message

Your IP address is also read server-side for the sole purpose of rate-limiting (preventing abuse). It is held in server memory only and is never written to disk, logged, or shared.

The data is used exclusively to receive and reply to your message. Nothing is added to a mailing list, sold, or used for marketing.

The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): you are initiating contact, and processing your details is necessary to respond to you.

I do not store contact form submissions in any database. Once your message is delivered, the only copy exists in my email inbox. I retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it may be deleted.

This website is hosted on Hostinger shared hosting (Hostinger International Ltd., Lithuania). As with all web hosting, Hostinger's servers automatically record access logs for each request made to this site. These logs may include your IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, timestamp, and referrer URL.

These logs are generated at the infrastructure level and are outside my direct control. They are used for security, abuse prevention, and server diagnostics. Hostinger acts as a data processor on my behalf and is GDPR-compliant as an EU-registered entity.

Your contact form submission is delivered via Resend (Resend Inc., USA), a transactional email service. Resend acts as a data processor on my behalf. The data (name, email, subject, message) passes through Resend's infrastructure in order to deliver the email to me.

Resend is GDPR-compliant and offers Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area to the United States. A Data Processing Agreement is in place between me and Resend.

No other third parties receive your data.

Under GDPR (if you are in the EEA or UK) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

If this policy changes materially I will update the date above. For significant changes I will make reasonable efforts to communicate the update.
